this is great refresher (which we often need weekly) on why its important to eat back exercise calories. there is a lot of debate within MFP on this issue...but my own recent experience definitely reinforces the importance of eating a net min of 1200.:smile:

the title totally made me laugh...sometimes i think MFP can do anything. but yeah, it obesity were less of an issue in the us health care costs could be lowered significantly... makes me almost want to start a new challenge thread to get people motivated...and help solve global issues....hmm...
