thanks this was great, instead of grating I processed it saving my fingers! then i steamed it and added some cooked smoked haddock and a bit of curry powder, served it with some roasted veg, I thought it had more of a cous cous texture

yes I experiance the same kind of thing especially long car journeys. also seem to feel the cold a lot more, I suppose I haven't got the insulation anymore

I am 5' 4'' and I am looking to get to 140lbs, I can't ever remember being there, I suppose I was years ago!! Don't know wh at I will look like, so if I look too thin I can put a few pounds on or could lose a few more. these days I hardly recognise the woman staring back in the mirror at me!!!

the first time I went on the elliptical for 5 mins I nearly fell off at the end!!! now I can stay on comfortably for 1 hour, you get a great cardio workout and good calorie burn. Grown to LOVE it.

It was a fabulous day weatherwise although extremely windy which made it a bit scary in places especially coming down the steep bits. It was a shame we had to concentrate on the walking i would have loved to have took more photos from the tops we could see for miles. Still we will be going up there again, only singles this…

we are going to take the kids to a theme park this week the first time ever my eldest is 21!!! I was too embarrassed to go before cos I knew i wouldn't get in the seats, I went with my friend two years ago and it was fine, this year there will be space at the sides of the seats!!
