NSV Completed Yorkshire 3 peaks pics
When I started my weight and exercise programme it was so I could go hill walking. this weekend we completed the Yorkshire 3 Peaks challenge. It is a 24 mile walk with 3 hills to climb with about 5500 feet of climbing. The challenge is to do it in less than 12 hours. we did it in 11hrs 10mins!!. I was just so proud of Jeff…

Wow this really works
I lost 3lb in my first week on here!! I haven't had such a big weight loss for months. It really does work writing it down all the time. I had been a member of a slimming group but left to go alone as i felt cofident enough to do it on my own but this is just what I need to keep me on track!!

Hello just found this fantastic site. I have lost over 70lb over the last 2 years and have 40lb left to lose. It really has to be a life change not a diet there will be no end to what I do.
