Hi everyone, I joined a few years ago but kind of fell off so to speak.Have not gained too much weight, I would dearly love to lose 21lbs this year I had previously lost around 80lbs and have gained around 10 back in a year. I am a regular exceciser I love spin classes and I also do circuit training and kettlercise. Any support would be appreciated
