Nice work everyone! Very impressive mileage! I got 2.3 in yesterday. Monday is another slow day for me. I sit at work all day, then in class for 4 hours at night. However, it is Tuesday now and time to kick some booty!

So I didn't really do much of anything other than cook and clean yesterday so I'm counting a big fat ZERO for Sunday. Today won't be high milage either, but I'm hoping to log at least 2 miles. Happy Monday and keep moving!

Got 6.1 in today! Back on track to hit 16 again this week. I'm with Reese and the heat - YUCK! They are talking a heat index of 105 here today, then it will be in the 60's on Monday. Typical Michigan weather!

We have a Bowflex as well. We got it at a local sporting goods store. I will admit, I don't use it much but my husband does. He can do a 20 minute routine and see results pretty quickly. He loves it!
