Hi everyone, My first day... 40 pounds to loose. I just gotta do it. I am PRE diabetic.. and need to turn it around. Still learning this program... but happy to get advice.

Try to have some celery sticks or other health snack placed in front in the frig. That way, when you open it, that is what you see first. If possible, it is good for when you get the urge to snack on sweets, close the door to the frig or cabinet and take a minute walk outside to gear up your willpower.
