I try not to. Drink lots of water. By taking fiber(we don't get enough in our daily diet) to flush through my system along with lots of water. Get back to normal eating quickly. Don't punish yourself. You are the master of your own ship!!!

It would be a good idea to have your knee checked out. Another option would be to walk instead of running. At least you would still be getting some exercise. If the pain continued I would have a few days rest and get it checked out.

I have never tried Quest bars as the ones I take are to be use in conjuction with my exercise so are an exercise bar. I use a shake for my Protein and add fruit and fiber to it for my breakfast. They are so yummy compared to what I have tried anyways.

I love my Protein shakes( not all brands are tasty). I have one after a workout as a treat. You should drink protein after your workout anyway. It is also a healthy treat for those cravings. I also have a special shake I take between meals as a snack. It tastes so good and only 110 calories.

I like air-popped popcorn with butter flavored Oliv oil, and sea salt. It is very good fiber. You can have 3 cup limit. I make a big bowl it lasts a week or more.

Its better to do it sensibly (2 pounds a week) along with exercise and lifestyle changes of eliminating processed food, low fat, this and that and go as natural as you can. ALSO, no night time snacking after 6 pm. Gradual changes. Eat most things and in moderation.

I try and vary my options. For the most part, I have a shake with fruit and chia seeds.(1 TBSP). It works great when I am in a hurry and I never get tired of it. It is a treat after my workout. and a healthy one at that.:smile:

I am loosing each week but believe I was loosing inches when it didn't show I was loosing pounds. It all comes together. I think that is why it is important to measure ourselves as well so you can tell if you are loosing inches.

I love various teas. They even have weight loss teas believe it or not!!! I love Chai tea and the best ever is South Africa`s No. 1 Rooibos Tea (Freshpak). It is very smooth. Chocolate Chai is lovely too.

You have to watch how many servings are in things. It can be very deceiving.!!!!

I found you really need a good juicer as I was using a Magic Bullet and it just didn't cut it. I was putting things in like Kale that was great in shakes. I either do a smoothie with veg or one piece of fruit. Today I had 3 servings of fruit at 12 each for sugar content which put me over -5. I guess I have to watch more…
