Today is my last day until the 3rd of Jan :-)

Even if it wouldn't bother you, it did the OP so it was a bit of an insensitive thing to say.
-
Wow - awesome! Well done!

What a ridiculous thing to say! Of course she has something to complain about. Even if the above happened to you and it's in your eyes perceived as worse than what the OP has experienced that is irrelevant. Ignore this post OP, listen to some of the good advice from others and MASSIVE congrats on your 60lbs loss!

I do almost all my running outside. I haven't been able to get on with a treadmill very well! I'm dreading it if the weather turns too bad, that I'm going to have to go on the treadmill...

Crisps (or potato chips if you're American) I'm on a 0-crisp policy at the moment, 2½ months and counting!
-
Fantastic well done!
-
Wow you look great! Have added you as a friend as you may be able to give me some tips :-)
-
Awesome, congrats!
-
I just want to complete a marathon!
-
Sooo Good! Really well done! A fantastic achievement.

You can see the difference, well done! Keep it up!

After a 5 year relationship I got married in November 2010 only for her to leave me after 1 month and 1 day for her colleague. I decided it was time to get a grip of my life as I was overweight and dwelling on it wasn't going to help. So you could say it's for me, but my soon to be ex-wife certainly kicked me in to gear. I…

You look great, well done!

1. Get down to 12½ stone ( 2. Complete a marathon 3. Get a body that I'm happy with 4. Live life to the full - don't worry about taking a day or 2 off here or there but make sure to get back on the straight and narrow

Originally from Sweden but I've spent nearly half my life in Reading, UK

I have 5... the biggest displayed now on my profile pic <

I think I am about 38 days or so

That's fantastic! Sounds like you've been very sensible about it all! You'll be clocking up miles and miles before you know it!
-
If you have a desk job - stand up whilst you are on the phone. All the standing up and sitting down will do you good! I try to as best as I can.
-
Start by doing what you can, run for as far as long as you can and then try and push it further every time you go out. Couch to 5K sounds like a great idea.
-
Well done dude! You look awesome! What an inspiration.
-
Absolute nonsense! You'll get there if you keep going!

I swapped crisps and chocolate for rice and noodles. Won't go a week without eating rice 3-4 times and noodles 4-5 times. All the carbs are good though for my running
-
I'm on protein shakes. Helps me a lot because I do a lot of running.

I've not logged kcals for a long time because I know roughly what I need to eat to stay under. I've been losing without logging but I would advise trying it and if you don't lose then start logging again.
-
If you struggle with the diet then a good way to lose is to make it up with exercise. If you log everything you eat on here and you find yourself over, as long as you then work that off you will continue losing. Good luck! x

Very well done!
