I'll add you :) I'm 22, at uni and trying to lose about 70lbs.

I don't think we have egg beaters in the UK, but I have one whole egg with however many egg whites I need to make up the rest of the bulk. It keeps the calories low and the protein high. I can't imagine switching to eggs from a carton if we had them.

Completely different suggestion. What about pittas? I get warburtons pitta halves. They're big semi-circle pittas, easy to stuff and only 85 calories each. I stuff them with meat/fish, sauce, salad and often a little cheese. My absolute favourite is making my own nandos chicken pittas. They may seem like a lunch thing, but…

Even if you wait till Monday, things like this will come up again and it is absolutely fine to enjoy some 'unhealthy' or 'treat' meals from time to time. I'm sure you'll learn quite quickly that it is a balancing game and you can have pretty much anything you want at no damage to your weight loss by finding a way to burn…

I love making mini raspberry and marshmallow skewers. I'll put 2 or 3 raspberries on a cocktail stick with a giant marshmallow I cut in half separating them and then drizzle over a little chocolate. They're cheap, look great and are only about 60 calories a pop :)

I thought I had this perfected. And then they came over while we were waiting for our food and made me choose a substitution on the spot. I had no idea how to log it and it tasted awful. Always plan a back up meal.

I plan most of my calories out the night before and leave some snack/ wiggle room. If I can't get my pre-planned weight for something on the kitchen scales then I'll adjust it in my log as I'm making it. Snacks and drinks get added as I have them, but knowing how many spare calories I have to work with that day helps me…

So she tries to explain the situation and you call her dramatic but you can't work out why girls shrug things off instead of explaining them to you?

This. And your screw up somehow gets twisted into it being our fault for caring about something. I never used the phrase till I met people I had to say it to if I didn't want an argument.

You have such a lovely figure! Congratulations on your weight loss.

It's not 100lbs, but I'm trying to lose about 70 and would love more friends on here. Anyone can add me :)

http://www.mybodygallery.com/ Have a look at some of the pictures on here. You can see what other women your height look like at different weights. Just check the weights on the pics as it'll give you women within a range when you search by weight :)

Do you have the mfp mobile app? You can see the protein/ carb/ fat values for everything in your food diary both in the app and online, but in the app you can view daily/ weekly pie charts of the ratio you're eating. I don't worry about the ratio for each meal, but I pre-plan my meals and try to keep the ratio in check.…

sportsdirect.com Not sure if it's uk only but it's the big sports brands at super low prices

You can add me :) I'm 22/F/205lbs.

Have you considered egg noodles as an alternative? They're only about 175cal per 100g.

Having to order all of your trousers online because the shops swapped the tall sections out for larger petite sections. The few stores that have tall trousers all think you have tree trunk calves. In my experience, tall women generally have longer and proportionally slender calves. I've had one pair of jeans in the past…

You can get lighter than light mayo for 10cals a tablespoon. I've seen at least 2 brands of it. edit: You can compare normal (100cal)/ light (40cal)/ lighter than light (10cal) mayo ingredients and nutrition here: https://www.hellmanns.co.uk/products/mayonnaise/ The normal mayo is 77% oil!

Yup. I'm sending you a friend request :) Anyone else can feel free to add me

I didn't just manage to get into the biggest size clothing at the sports shop (uk18/us14), they were too big! When I started mfp I couldn't get any of the women's ones over my butt and had to buy baggy men's shorts.

I'm 22. Anyone can feel free to add me :)

Hi. I'm Hannah and I'm 22. I've been at this for a month now and I'm on here everyday and tracking religiously. I've settled into netting my 1270 and look forward to that increasing more as I keep losing. My diary's always open :)

The additional weight after cooking is only from water, so 0cals. If it comes dry, weigh it like that before cooking.

Try egg noodles as a pasta alternative. They're only about 175kcal for 100g uncooked.

I know exactly what you mean. I'm 22, 181cm, SW:221, CW:208. I've lost 13lbs in a month and even with before photos it's hard to see much of a difference. The only thing I have noticed is that my hips start a little lower and are hopefully going to start flattening down any day now. While I can't see a big difference, I am…

I cut out bread completely to start with and soon realised it wasn't practical. I buy warburtons sandwich thins at 100cal for a top and bottom. I can make a beef, horseradish, tomato and lettuce 'sandwich' for 163cals and they're great for cutting calories on burgers. Big bonus, I've found my boyfriend doesn't snack on…

I'm 5'11" and aiming for about 168. I think ideally I'd like to be lower, but I have no idea what I'll look like when I get that far so we'll see.
