Just Dance 3 is a game that you can get for either the Wii or XBox 360 with Kinects...I have the Xbox one so you are hands free for this one! So much fun and a great workout!!

^^^^^^I have Bob's Ultimate Carido Body DVD & Totally Ripped Core and they are awesome and intense...my butt is getting firmer. I have Jillian's DVD's as well and are great if you only have 25 mins to work out, Bob's are about 60mins.

How tall are you? How much do you weigh? I ask these things because it matters on how many cals you burn! Just watching all about the P.I.N.K method on Dr.Phil. It seems to me that is pretty much is like anything else...work outs/plus eating right! I am sure it will be a good program to try! Keep us posted on how you like it! Good Luck

Hi, I too have been working out at home with DVD's...I was also running outdoors,until the snow just came that is :) I have Jillan's Shred it w weights,30DS,Ripped in 30...Billy Blanks Taebo, and now starting Bob Harper's Ultimate Body Cardio & Ripped Core. These are all great DVD's

I agree that running,squats and lunges with weights have helped me slim my hips and thighs. I have done 30 Day Shred and now almost done Ripped in 30 and lost inches off my entire body (great DVD's) DIET is very important to FAT loss as well.
