Thinking of how I will look in my clothes the next day. If I don't work out/eat right, I hate getting dressed the next morning. If I exercise and eat well, I know the clothes are going to LOOK better and FEEL better. Do you REALLY want to go backwards? Really?

An over the counter probiotic should help. Good luck!

Put earbuds in and just do your thing. Completely ignore everyone around you. If you don't have your earbuds and someone makes a stupid remark, just say "huh?. what'd you say?" If they repeat it, just keep saying "huh? Can't hear" and point to your ears. Look sincere in your "effort" to hear them. They'll end up looking…

I'm sure it is just some weird spasm or something, but I'd get it checked out. The doc will put a stethescope to your neck and listen for any abnormalities.

"Now that I've looked at the diagram, I believe that mine is the saphenous vein as well. Was it painful at all to have your veins "plucked out"?" Actually, your saphenous vein is deep in your leg. What happens is that when this vein fails to pump blood properly (due to a variety of factors), the blood is then routed to…

Varicose veins happen when the saphenous vein (main vein in the leg) fails to properly pump blood in the leg. I had my saphenous vein ablated with a laser and the varicose veins "plucked" out. Best thing I ever did. I also had some schlerotherapy done on the spider veins. The saphenous vein ablation wasn't bad at all. They…

Pardon me while I get a towel for my DROOL:love:

That was me yesterday. Did not want to go! But, I did. And it felt great! Some of my best workouts happen when I really didn't want to go. Also, I always think about the clothes I will be wearing to work the next day - it's just easier (psychologically) getting dressed in the morning after a great previous evening workout.…

Have your vitmin D level checked. Long story short, I had horrendous hip pain, especially laying on my side in bed. Turns out my level was 7 and normal is 30. Once I got my level back to normal, my hip pain and all sorts of other aches and pains went away. Good luck!

Try an over the counter probiotic (not yogurt - pills) - any kind. That helped me with the bloat!

I'm going through a bought of PF right now also. It has been absolutely awful. Chronic pain is so draining and depressing. One thing I did notice that has seemed to really help, is to take 800 mg (four) Advil RIGHT before I go to bed. I am crossing my fingers, but I have noticed a dramatic decrease in the pain. New Balance…

Did any of you experience bone pain? *********************** Big time! My hips would ache terribly. I ached EVERWHERE. I thought to myself "If I feel this bad at 44, what will I feel like in 20 years?". Long story short, once I got my level to normal, my aches and pains went away. (And my depression.) Good luck!

I can wash the windows on my house without my arms feeling like they have lead in them

Probiotics work wonders on my bloat. Absolutely love them. Give it a try. If it doesn't work, yep - see a doc to rule out anything serious.

I'm not going back!

I love random acts of kindness. They always make me feel happy hearing about them. I've done a few in my life, but this one still sticks out. It was a rainy day and I was driving. I noticed a woman with a young child walking. She didn't have an umbrella, so I pulled over and gave her mine. (I really liked it too - just got…

I found the lip around my cast iron tub is great for a foot massage and loosening up the fascia - with a sock on, of course. I can't imagine the discomfort of those who have had it in both feet at the same time. Ugggh. How the heck do you even walk??

Try a probiotic. They help me tremendously with the bloating. I am currently using Nature's Bounty. Very inexpensive and effective.

Help someone move. Seriously. Seriously!

I use a drop or two of pure argan oil. I tried the Moroccon line, but noticed it has the same ingredients (dimethecone, etc.) as the John Frieda line, but way more expensive. Pure argan oil - nothing else -is the way to go. I get mine on Amazon - the Watts brand is terrific.

I have three lateral filing cabinets in my office and I've been doing "push ups" (standing, not literally doing them on them!) They are the perfect height. Sigh. One day I hope to do a regular push up

I workout in the evenings. 99% of the time I go to the gym feeling completed exhausted by the work day 99% of the time I come out of the gym completely energized and relaxed Adamantly agree that you can NOT sit down after work on the couch!

Just don't throw a louse into the mix.

Ditto this. I was extremely low in D and didn't know it. I constantly ached everywhere, but especially my hips. I was also extremely tired. Long story short, my D level was 11 (should be 30 at least). I was put on prescription D (50,000 IU's 1x week for 4 weeks). It changed my life! I now take 3,000 IU's daily to keep the…

Gave up candy and baked goods for Lent and still going strong. There is NO WAY I could have that stuff in my house and not have it demolished in a few days. All triggers for me - especially peanut butter eggs and cups. Sigh. Best to put on blinders

My shoulders. Long time ago, a guy told me I had the body of an athlete and he especially liked my knees. Ha! I DO have nice knees still.

Have you tried a good probiotic? That may help.
