I was hungry all the time too when I ate super high carb. I switched around my macros a few days ago to 20% carb, 40%protein, 40% fat and I feel so much better- more full, and I'm eating under my calories rather than being so hungry and eating over them most days on the higher carb diet.

I just made a variation of this with nonfat greek yogurt, hershey's sugar free chocolate syrup and reduced sugar raspberry jam. So good! Fresh or thawed frozen raspberries would be good in it too.

Nuts, full fat yogurt, add avocado to meals.... just thought- granola and dried fruit too!

I would eat more meat (not deli meat though-so much salt), more fruit (bananas are a higher calorie fruit) and vegetables. Maybe some beans, eggs and nuts- you don't seem to be getting a lot of protein.

Try jumping rope- that gets my heart rate up super fast!

I just ate a bag of Trader Joe's freeze dried strawberries- crunchy, sweet, sour, delicious. Only 110 calories.

My favorite tea is Good Earth Sweet and Spicy Original. So good hot or iced! I also can't do caffeine, gives me anxiety. Bleh.

Sounds like the one I make, but I double up on the chili powder and add a tablespoon of cocoa powder too. Good stuff! Now who's got an awesome cornbread recipe to go with this?

This sounds so good! I bet you could mix the tuna with a spoonful of cream of mushroom soup instead of the ranch, and sharp cheddar on top- kind of like tuna noodle casserole flavors.

My new favorite combo is dried cherries, chevre cheese, chopped up fresh basil leaves with balsamic or red wine vinaigrette. Another good one is spinach, feta cheese, grilled blackened shrimp, sliced mushrooms with dijon vinaigrette. I second making your own dressing, so much better than anything store bought.

I've seen on several different blogs to "earn you carbs" (in combination with protein) buy eating your carb-y-est food of the day after a workout, and trying to be lower carb the rest of the time. Makes sense to me. Edited to add link-…

Summer rolls- usually consist of non fried rice paper wrapper, shrimp, carrots, cucumber, rice noodles and fresh herbs. Noodle soup, ask for extra veggies.
