  • 1200 is what mfp put me at so that is what I've been doing. I'm not sure if that is too little. I'm 5'0 and 177lbs. And yep I think I drink enough water.I drink like 8 bottles a day.
  • I'm getting so frustrated because I've been doing great being right around 1200 calories for almost 2 weeks and I haven't seen any change on the scale or inchwise. It makes me worried that maybe I'm going into starvation mode or maybe I'm eating too much. What do I do to get the weight coming off again?

  • We use carob powder. It has 20 calories in a tbsp. I don't think the taste is quite the same but its a good substitute.

  • I don't count my vegetables. They are my filler food but I do count them in my fruits because they have quite a bit of calories. I could easily eat 300 calories worth of fruit and not even realize it!
  • I have a desk job too. I try to have a snack of something like nuts or a granola bar cut up into bite sizes. Maybe even something like grapes. Just something really small so that I can keep it in my desk and so it doesn't get in the way of me doing stuff. Also drink a lot of water because you won't feel so hungry. If you…
  • Try drinking some hot green tea. It really helps curb my hunger.
