any decent cycle shop will tell you everything you need to know and help you get a bike to suit your needs ,i started cycling in august at 17 stone now 12 stone

i have lost 68lbs since august 1st by cutting out all the junk from my diet watching portion sizes and cycling ,started cycling for a few mile at a time then built up to 10/12 mile a day,didnt really feel like a diet as i was only cutting out the stuff i knew i shoudnt be eating much of anyway ..you can do it good luck

dont have a plan i use map my ride to log time distance etc but i just get out as often as i can ,i have lost 65lbs just by cycling and watching what i eat

30 mins on cross trainer turned into 50 ,might manage e bike ride later although this is supposed to be my rest day
