put a set of continental sport contacts on yesterday ,bike runs great on them so hope they will be fewer punctures now

cycle track runs alongside a canal that passes through some not very nice areas ,these areas see a lot of drinking at night so there is always a lot of glass about ,you can dodge the big bits but there is always lots of very small bits that you can not see as there is gravel on the track at these parts, the only other way…

punctures are always caused by glass as parts of cycle track is covered in broken glass

i try to encourage my friends to get out more but prefer to walk or cycle by myself so i can do my own thing and dont have to cut short a cycle to suit what plans others have,sometimes my 30 minute cycle can turn into 60 /90 0r more just depending on how i feel .also my cycling usually takes place very early morning

the main thing that helped me lose 70 pounds was my bike ,that and not giving up any of the foods i liked only eating them in moderation ,since joining mfp and logging my foods i found it easy to stick to my calorie goals good luck and dont give up
