Excellent. I am on Day 4 now. Waiting for a bit to do the workout as I just ate dinner...doing Insanity after a meal is a BAD idea.

It took me til about half way through to actually see a difference as opposed to just feeling it. It would be weird cause I would feel so much more fit and then look in the mirror and be like "what, how come I don't look how I feel?" I would stick with it and make sure you're really giving it your all.

I am starting Insanity again tomorrow. Last time I made it to week 2 then got a flu that took me out for a month. I did the Plyo Cardio today cause it randomly popped up on Xbox Fitness. I loved it, even though I had to modify a few things. I'd love some Insanity friends :)

I downloaded the MFP app to my phone. It totally helped me on Wed when I was at work (I work at a restaurant) and they brought us out a bowl of chips (fries). I looked up how much they would cost in my day and only ate 6. Before I would have just snacked away at them in passing until they were gone.

Ooh I love the Shred. Sadly it's not on Xbox One. The Shred is a great place to start with Jillian I did it about a year ago and was looking good but then I got ill and it all went to heck. A serious soft drink addiction didn't help :P So great you're doing her workouts, I just adore Jillian.

I love love Xbox Fitness. Doing Jillian's workouts and P90X. We also have Just Dance 2014 and I do a 40 min sweat on the days I do Jillian. Edited to add- Zumba isn't out in Australia yet :(
