  • yes! I love the moderation quote. I also would add that corn syrup/fructose/sugar makes you crave more so be careful. I tried the slimfast diet and it made me only want to eat tons more sweets. it was an epic fail!

  • I had the same exact question....I exercise and eat just like you. I was also wondering about the fat and carb intake, usually i meet those goals nicely however somedays i go way over fat or carb intake. Does that matter either??
