oh, for me, a normal zumba burn is 455-480 per 60 min class. Maybe I need to find a harder instructor! LOL

I use my body bugg every time, then compare it on MFP.. it almost always is accurate with the "High Impact Aerobics" selection in the exercise log! I also have checked with the zumbacalories website the pp mentioned, on there ...for me..it lines up with the "low impact" calculation. HTH!

Thank you so much!! yes, the party was fun! And I did it with lotsa hard work... calorie counting, exercising alot, liquids 1-2 days a week (sometimes). I fluctuate terribly, and I weigh everyday which is bad I know..but I still want to lose another 15-20.

I do something similar at least once a month. I can usually only stick to all liquids for 1-2 days though. I do 3-4 different protien shakes a day, and I might allow myself 1 soft cheese snack. I always lose a couple pounds..works like a charm!
