Yes, it's not just my husband...kids too. I have an 11 yr old boy, 9 yr old girl, 7 yr old boy, 3 yr old girl.. While I try to encourage healthy choices for them too...it's not fair or practical to keep it all out for them Especially because they are extremely picky eaters.

I have breastfed all my kids (extended past 2 yrs) and never lost weight while doing it. I say, don't eat those extra BF calories, I'm no doctor, but all it did was make me gain. I just went to a nutrition class last week. The nutritionist said you should eat something of carbs like fruit, whole grains right before working out. Save the protein for just after. there is an online zumba calorie calculator... google it... also I have used the high impact aerobic option here on MFP and checked it with my body bugg.. seems pretty accurate.

I use the store brand, generic powder creamer...french vanilla sugar free. Its the same as teh coffee mate, but cheaper!

I just restarted it this week. I started on Jan 1st, did good for a week, then fell off the wagon. I definitely feel more energetic without all the sugar, so I'm giving it another try! I'm on day 3 I think.

everyday, full daily dose in my morning coffee. Not sure if it really helps on my regularity..but at least I know I"m getting my fiber in.

If you are EXCLUSIVELY breastfeeding, allow 500 extra calories. As soon as your baby is eating other foods, taking a bottle, anything that takes away from your breastfeeding... you can use regular calories.

I've been trying it here and there, I just started this month. I only take it if I know I'm eating more than 13 fat gr in a sitting. I don't know if it's helping with weight loss at all, but I haven't had any adverse side effects or anything.

I love zumba. It's the only workout I actually LIKE. I haven't tried the dvds, but I have gone to several different classes on a regular basis. I have a body bugg, so it is the most accuate calorie tracker out there. I work my butt off! And I have never burned anywhere near 1000 calories. On average I burn just under 500.…

Lapband in no way is easy. I had it done in 07 and it caused me tons of complications. I had to have mine removed. I lost an initial 40 pounds from it, but then I gained it all back. I now have vertical sleeve.. anyone who thinks WLS is an easy way out is very ill informed . feel free to add me.
