This is exactly why I stopped entering my workouts on here. I think it may be a good tool for someone to have a guideline maybe? But if they are depending on the accuracy of these tools... they will be disappointed.

I've used them before. If you are training for a run... this workout will probably feel more like a mild stroll around the park. Low impact. Nice workout though. If you don't feel it is challenging enough, it might help you to exaggerate the moves a bit. (Step higher, jog when they walk) Make it work for you. Hope that…

Suck it up. Stuck it out. Stand up for yourself. They only treat you like crap because you let them get away with it. If you hate it that bad... start applying somewhere else and wait for the next opportunity to come.

I use a dehydrator when I make mine... I use a lil olive oil, sprinkle with nutritional yeast, and stuck em in there overnight. By morning I have kale chips.
