100% agree. Some things HAVE to be done in a specific way. Preparing and eating meals is not one of them.

You can add me. I lost 80 in 2013-2014, maintained for three years and have regained half that in the past two. I know what works for me, it’s just a matter of doing it. I’m not a “go girl!” type friend, but I do check on my friends when they’re missing and keep up with the timeline.

I hit goal five years ago. Logged for 18 months afterward to get a good feel for maintenance. At the beginning, I lost weight when I stopped logging, but stabilized within my goal range for another couple years. Then life happened...injuries, rehab three times, anxiety...
