I am 5'4 SW: 135 CW: 117 My goal is between 115-110. It seems low to some people, but I don't really intend to stay that way, my goal is mostly to lose body fat. That way I can start seriously gaining muscle.

Fluctuating by a pound or so is pretty normal. It all depends when you weigh yourself. Theres a high probability that it's just water weight and nothing to worry about.

Depending on your size, the scale isn't alway a good measure of progress. I haven't lost much weight through exercise but I have noticed that my legs are in much better shape and more firm. Make sure you measure yourself and don't get too discouraged.

I take the three month kind. I do get the munchies but I have lost 4-5 since being on it. All you need is self control.

Weightlifting is the best way to burn fat and gain muscle. I am also 5'4 (20 years old) and I eat 1200 calories a day (usually a little less). Your current weight was my starting weight. You'll definitely lose weight, but gaining muscle may be difficult on a low calorie diet. And you should be fine (healthy) as long as you…

Sometimes hunger pains just mean that you're thirsty. If you're hungry when you know you shouldn't be, just drink a glass of water.

Never eat back you calories, but if you do, don't eat them all back.

Tons of times. Have you ever sent somebody a naked picture of yourself?

I don't swing that way.

Not particularly, but has crossed my mind. Have you ever done psychedelic mushrooms?

Nope

The more weight you lose the less food you need to sustain your weight.

You kinda have to wait until they come to you. All I can suggest is try to set an example without rubbing their noses in it. If they see how well you're doing, they might see the light, and decide that they want what you have.

If you're really trying to lose weight, 2000 is a lot (in my opinion) It really doesn't matter how healthy the snacks are if they're high in calories. Also, you should cut out late night eating. I usually stop all eating after 8 or 9PM, and as time goes on you body gets used to it. And being hungry is not always an…

Never eat back your calories. For example, if you eat 1500 calories then burn 500 you will be fine. There is no need to eat them back. Also, I would recommend that you stay away from sugar, especially when it come to liquids. A lot of people don't log their drinks in and those can contain a lot of calories. This includes…
