  • I've noticed people at the gym tend to respect your effort level, not care about your appearance. Plus if you decide to start lifting, they're almost always happy to give advice. Don't let the fear keep you away, push through it, you're worth it.
  • My apologies to panduh, I just realized I posted in there wrong place. Congratulations to you!
  • Double onederland as of today! I've lost 101, and am at 187 lbs. Last September I was at 288.Mostly I just read the boards but today I needed to share, since all of you have helped keep me motivated. Thank you so much! I still have more weight to lose, but today I feel like a million bucks.
  • You're a girl, weight fluctuates for us! They say to weigh in once every 2 weeks just for that reason.( though I confess that I do so once a week just cause seeing results that often helps me stay motivated.) But you might just be seeing something cycle related...
  • Thanks for posting this. I'm a little down today from looking in a fitting room mirror. Down 54lb so far but sagging thighs got to me! But I feel great and needing smaller pants should have mattered more!
