In my country, we get some dvds with Shape magazine. I collected some nice yoga and pilates dvds. They're mostly for beginners. You can also try youtube. If you'd like to try pilates, blogilates is pretty good.

I've never done kefir and I usually buy it. But my parents used to make soured milk from unpasteurized milk and we ate/drank all of it. We just had to mix it together. I did it. Lost weight, gained even more than lost (yes, I know it's my own fault). It's also pretty expensive. I'm all for eating more protein, but I would never recommend dukan to anyone. If you are prone to binges/ emotional eating, don't do it.

It might be the amount of fiber in your diet. Maybe your body still needs time to get used to it?
