I usually do elliptical for 20 minutes and then treadmill for the same amount of time. I know friend that did only elliptical and lost a lot of weight. I feel more tired after running tho than after elliptical training. Do both, and see how u feel. Both will bring good effects on your body

You look amazing! Congrats. Your pictures made my day and I saw that if someone really want to achieve some goal, he will sooner or later. All you have to do it to be patient. I usually give up too fast, but I won't do that anymore, and you know why? Because you showed me one can do everything :) Thank you.

Thank you, yes I still have deficit of calories. Usually around 300-400 kcal. At least thats what My fitness Pal shows. But can you explain me why earlier I didn't lose any weight? I don't think I ate more than 1200 kcal a day.
