Losing weight but see no results?

Hi, I am attending gym since beginning of February this year. I had break 2 weeks due to the illness and also muscle pain. I recovered and start going gym again.
In addition I try to eat 1200 kcal a day and eat regularly, small portions every 3-h hours. I never did that before, as earlier I used to eat no breakfast and just ate after I came from work after 7pm.
So far I lost 3.6 kg, for which I am very very happy
.
I attend gym 3-4 times a week. Do mostly cardio exercises for 1 hour.
I see difference in weight but not really a difference in my body shape. Maybe only my breast got a bit smaller, of which I am not really pleased.
Should I change my exercises, or is it simply too early to see any difference?
I have big thighs and quite bad cellulite. I don't want it anymore.

Cardio and a calorie deficet help you lose weight...which will be fat/water/muscle...
If you want a change in your body shape...lift weights or do some form of resistence training.0 -
So, you have sporadically worked out for probably a total of 4 weeks. You can't expect miracles in the mirror in that amount of time, even with some weight loss. Just keep plugging away, and consider what SezxyStef said about resistance training.0

Thank you,
I will definitely try to do some lift weights. Any recommendations about how many days a week, for how long should I do it?0
