5'6" SW: 146.5 CW: 138.5 GW: 126 I eat around 1300 a day, and eat back some/most of my exercise calories... (not that there are ever many of them!)

I have been reading this thread for a few days, and really enjoying seeing that I'm not the only one who has secrets... I have been wondering which of my issues I should share, and then this morning this happened... I cried after getting on the scale and seeing that I have put on 1.2lb this week.

I am hoping to start with the 5:2 diet and today is my first 'fasting day'. Not quite sure how I'm going to do it, as all I am thinking about is food... Probably because I know I shouldn't have any! Also looking for tips as to how to go about using 500 calories wisely...
