Thank you everyone. Will definitely be looking into all the alternatives for GF foods. Quinoa is something I haven't tried yet as I have no idea how to cook it or include it in a tasty meal. Yeah I need the Omega oils that fish has, I do use flaxseed oil, but it's rather unpleasant!

This is a concern of mine too, I'm 27 but when I go on the cross trainer, even after 5 minutes I'm hitting the max!!! I know I'm unfit but a couple of years ago I could've done half hour on the cross trainer at more intensity and not hit the red!
