Have you heard of Beachbody's Insanity workout? that is basically HIIT but they call it Max Interval Training... has done wonders for many people, i LOVE it :) definately gets results and my cardio has improved 10 fold

My migraines are generally hormone related! or sometimes just for no reason at all! hope the headaches go away! i was the same last week, had a migraine then a lingering headache for about 3 days! i found a big workout did eventually help me with my head - i'm guessing the extra blood flow/stress relief etc :)

I keep seeing "results pics" on facebook and i'm like how did you change that much in a week etc! would be interested to see what it is and if its sustainable as it seems a bit dramatic (so probably not!!) but yes... she does look hot :)

I'm doing Insanity at the moment - its more cardio than P90X I'm on my second month and have had amazing results already, plan is to do Asylum after this (i've heard its hard in a different way!)

In australia we have some amazing Nestle desserts - Nestle Soleil i think its spelt chocolate mousse, creme caramel and lemon cheesecake are all around about 80 calories per tub. and about 110 for a dark chocolate dessert they are so yummy its hard to believe there are so little cals... hope you can get them where you are!…

Could you possibly be having withdrawal symptoms? They do say the addiction to junk food is similar to nicotine and heroin it changes your hormone balances - and i know when my hormones are off i get breakouts/feel yucky etc

What are your total calories at? maybe you need to adjust them to suit your body - if you're full don't force yourself! :)
