I find the Bulla one is too sloppy I'm addicted to cottage cheese, i used to buy the weightwatchers one, but i find the Coles Lite creamed cottage cheese is almost identical...and its cheaper! :)

And also you don't want all your hard work to go to waste when you start eating again, if your body has been in starvation mode you will gain it all back! and that sucks! ;) but like most people i have to eat healthy AND exercise too, unfortunately some of us just aren't that lucky! Thanks for the feedback guys! I had also heard about not having to log all veggies but yes to fruit i did come across a funny statement on google that said "Elephants are vegetarians too" Good point ;) haha i will stop being lazy and go back to logging them all! I do not want to be an elephant! :)

i wouldn't say i purposely have a splurge day, but i do have bad days where i go over. when i first started they used to get my down a little when i see the amount of calories in red that i had gone over!! but now i just dust myself off and start again the next day! life would be quite miserable without the odd splurge ;)
