Look at all the things you are taking in. Medication will do it along with pain medicine. You will have to increase your fruit and vegetables. I am going to try today. I am going to use regular beef and spaghetti sauce. If I like the spaghetti squash with this, I will replace the ground beef with Boca veggie crumble and have it for one of my veggie days.

I lost 5.6. I was so happy. I started riding the stationary bike and the wall push up. For 3rd week I am slowly cutting down on carbs. next week I am aiming for 3-5. I want to find another exercise I can do.

Try to do 1-250 push ups. She had a list, but wall push ups wasn't one. I will be doing wall push up this is the only one doctors will let me do. Another MFP memeber said it would come up to 36 a day with 2 extra. I will have to do 9/ 4 times a day. I hope before the end of the week I will be at 12/ 3 times a week. Good…

I wasn't able to do this. Even though I logged 6 glasses of water, later I would drink more. I just didn't log an extra glass. No exercise at this time. Will do next week challenge.
