i completely understand i have lost 11lbs and you would think that this would be great motivation to stay on track, yet i find myself picking up old habits and over eating or eating just for fun, it sucks

hello i am a 28 year old mom of a 12 month old. i started out very good and lost 11 lbs, but i am starting to pick up old habits again due to stress, I weigh 159 and would like to weigh 135, please add me to help me stay on track :)
