  • I would try a 2.5% or 5% benzoyl peroxide. You can buy it at any drugstore. You have to be careful though, because it's peroxide it'll bleach clothes. The problem with the washes is that the acid needs to absorb into your skin and it can't do that when you're washing it down the drain.

  • I'm in the same boat!! I went WAY over sodium yesterday and it showed as a 4.5 lb gain this morning. So, I'm eating clean today and I'll weigh myself tomorrow. Don't give up. One day isn't going to undo everything as long as it's just the one day and not one day for an entire week. :smile:

  • You can change the settings to show different items under the food diary. It's under the My Home tab. Go to Settings and then Diary Settings and you can change what's on there to track. Hope this helps!

  • Jet's BBQ Chicken pizza and Jet's Bread is my total weakness. My fave is a fattoush salad. I could eat one everyday.
  • They have hangers by 3M (I think) that have an adhesive that attachs to the wall. It's not supposed to leave any marks on the wall when you remove it. I don't know what the weight limit is though. You can also buy a nice plate stand to put on a table and prop it up on that.
