When you're measuring pasta are you measuring cooked or uncooked?
The package says 1 cup for the nutrition facts but doesnt say wet or dry?
Help!
thanks :)

I believe they mean dry unless otherwise stated.

You can always look it up online. I do that because I eat only 3/4 cup of pasta at a serving. My body can't handle more carbs then that without shooting up my blood sugar.

No it is one cup cooked. Usually they measure it dry and 2 oz is a serving. 2 Oz's cooked is about 1 cup wet and seeing how you cook it in water the water doesn't add calories.
