  • You can use it the way you would sour cream in a lot of recipes, or as a replacement for mayonnaise in dips and sauces and things like chicken salad.
  • I've had a lot of success replacing mayo (which I don't like) with yogurt (especially Greek yogurt) or sour cream. Either of those would be lower calorie than mayo, especially if you used nonfat, and yogurt would give you extra protein and calcium.

  • Everything I've ever read says that drinking lots of water (especially if you're replacing sugary drinks like soda with water) will help clear your skin. I've always had problem skin, and it's been noticeably better since I got serious about my diet and water intake a couple months ago.
