I stand up every time I get a phone call. I don't always remain standing during the whole conversation. I also have a ball but am currently not using it. Going to change that tomorrow. Cheers!

That stinks but kudos to you for reaching out. Can you write down a list of reasons why you want to lose weight? I find that reading that list halts my binge eating. You can do it!
