Desk fitness

So I've recently started wheeling my chair out of my room and putting some groovy tunes on for extra movement goals while at my computer. Does anyone else who is desk-bound most of the day do things like this?

Any other ideas? :D

  • I stand up every time I get a phone call. I don't always remain standing during the whole conversation. I also have a ball but am currently not using it. Going to change that tomorrow.

    you can do leg lifts and arm lift lift your leg and shoulder lifts raising what ever you choose up and down while sitting.
