Friday weigh in is the way to go, at least for me, since I like to spoil myself with a few beers and a nice dinner over the weekend.

You should focus your addictions elsewhere.....have you considered smoking cigarettes?

Definitely doable, but realize that 2 lbs per week is ideal - you may have plateau's. The important thing is that you stick with it through them.
