  • I also like bananas and apples, and you can bring some PB to use with them if you wanted. also I like the individual applesauce cups and some times a fat free or sugar free pudding cup helps with the sweet tooth. these are things I take along. I work 12 hours shifts and sometimes don't get to put things in a fridge either.
