  • I am not sure where you live. But my partner is doing the C25K and she does it outside on nice days. So if the gym isnt an option for some reason, you could always do it at a park on around the neighbor hood. Just an idea. :) Good for you for standing up for yourself. You can't get what you want if you don't express it. :)
