have lost 75lb in 20 week which averages at between 3 and 4lb a week

i have no intention of losing my curves i love them they make me feel womanly, apparently my goal weight maximum should be 10 stone 7 very unlikely i would look right at that weight so i am heading for 12 stone to start and see where i go from there but if i am happy with myself at 12 stone that is where i will stop

it does seem a massive challenge when you first start when i started on mfp in march i was 281lb and disgusted with myself that it had got to that now i am 208lb (73lb down) and my whole outlook on life has changed, i have more energy and i actually look for opportunities to exercise now normally walking 2 to 3 miles a day…

yikes only 6lb to go to meet goals for october challenge so think going to move the goalposts again and try for 13 st 7 its funny because when i first started this in march would have been happy to be 15 stone for wedding and i just shot through that one with 3 1/2 month to go

well the bath fits much better than it used to and can get the water to go over my belly without flooding the bathroom lol can also see where my belly button used to be pierced another stone down getting it pierced again

i like my wii fit because i dont feel tempted to try and cheat it (would only be cheating myself) and i work out on it most days and am now 67 lb down in just under 4 months, i dont feel it matters which one you get as long as you willing to put the effort in x

i don't think it really matters who has lost the most overall as everybody has a different goal and a different battle, i myself have lost 42lb since march 11th and i have the discipline of filling in a food diary so i can keep track of what i am doing and whether or not i am doing it right
