day one eaten rather well and did a session on dance on broadway, a 2 1/2 hour ramble and still got a 45 minute zumba session to do then its chill and watch tv time with kids who are shattered after their ramble lol

as someone who works in macdonalds uk, can tell you for a fact that none of our food sits in a warmer all day all our speciality burgers are cooked to order and any other burgers are only precooked at very busy times where they likely to be sold within minutes of been made. If this wasnt the case then i would not eat there…

i had the same problem and didnt want to resort to eating junk food to pad out cals so started ordering the graze boxes a small box averages between 150 to 250 cals but they good cals so worth having
