I would add weight training and lots of squats and ab work. No, you cannot spot reduce but what you can do is get some muscle so that when you do lose the fat, you have some nice muscle. I have been doing this and my stomach and hips are so much tighter. Good luck. It will happen it just takes time.

You want to incorporate weights and cardio. You need to condition overall to lose body fat from anywhere, including the stomach area. And...proper diet...deficit, good sources of protein.

It sounds like you are really motivated. Just think how you will feel when you start losing weight. You will feel so much better and be even more motivated because you will see how good you feel. Yep, almost always...I eat super well during the week and then on the weekends I relax a bit. Have a few margaritas, beers, whatever. I don't log on the weekends either. I don't go crazy but I also just give myself a bit of a break.
