Veggies, beans and stomach issues!

Fitbit Charge question...Fat burn
This may be a stupid question but, where it shows heart rate on my fitbit, changes to either cardio with a number or fat burn with a number when I am working out. Does this actually mean I am burning fat at that moment?

Why are you trying to lose weight? Work out? Eat well? What is driving you? Mine is to be healthy. I just want to feel good, have energy and sleep well. Looking better comes with all of that. Oh, and look decent in a bathing suit when we go to Maui.

How to get protein without tons of calories
Hi, I am trying to eat more protein but I don't want lots of extra calories. Do I make protein priority on my plate then add some veggies and carbs? Any suggestions?

I took yesterday off from the gym, ate over my calorie limit. Had many more carbs that usual. I actually feel thinner today. Not so bloated. Normally, I eat lots of protein, vegetables, etc...My stomach is flatter too. Any explanation? Thanks.

UGH, weekend killed my efforts!
I did so well last week. Lost a pound in 4 days. Then, Friday and Saturday drank like a fish. Well, a bottle of white wine each day, over a long period of time. Hanging out by my pool. Sore days, what do you do?
I am super sore from the gym. I have worked out pretty hard the last few days. What do you all do when you are so? Take a break, push through it??? I was thinking of just going for a good walk to stretch my legs and body and also make sure I eat really well. Thoughts!

3 week goal question
I have a 3 week goal to lean out. I am not trying to lose weight per se but to reveal the muscles that I do have. I cut my calories to 1200 and upped my protein within that calorie amount. I work out 5 days a week doing weights and kick boxing. Any other suggestions? Thank you.
