Baked oatmeal made ahead in muffin cups - you can warm it up or eat it cold. I make monster cookie bars with half the sugar and no m&m's. Both are surprisingly filling with a glass of milk and maybe some fruit.

With chocolate chips and peanut butter or chocolate chips and coconut oil. If I eat the packaged kind, I mix one flavored and one plain otherwise it is too sweet - I like the apples and cinnamon. Baked oatmeal is a great option too - you get extra protein with eggs and milk.

Gloria Vanderbilt high rise jeans are great for pear shaped bodies. You do have to order them online though. I had to buy 1-2 sizes smaller - they run big.

I weigh daily and only record when I lose. My weight does seem to fluctuate quite a bit during the week, so I am thinking about going back to a once a week weigh in.
