I love OAsis Healthy break Fruit Smoothie drinks, so yummy and good energy for sure. Wish I could find them by the case!

I have the same issue and what I try and do is make my days on the weekends really active so my drinks at night dont hurt as much :drinker:

Good one! I do the same thing....I like to think of it as efficient LOL But my worst habbit is eating after dinner while relaxing. I am the worst, as soon as I hit that couch I feel the need to snack. It sucks.

The best suggestion I got from someone once....when you are grocery shopping try and shop only on the outside edge of the store. The fruits, veggies, cheese, milk, breads, meat etc are all on the outside rim and all the isles are processed foods (mostly) so I try and make an entire grocery outing without suing the isles.…

I am an emotional eater too. I have tried turning to my work outs. When I am sad or mad I work out. Not only is it better then eating but it really does help de-stress for sure.

I want to have skin removal surgery so bad. I have lost almost 60lbs so far and I have at least 40 more to lose but I already have tons of lose skin and it looks aweful. I have no idea what the cost is or what the process is but I would love to follow your process.

everyone is different. I have lost over 50lbs and my skin is very loose and there is nothing I can do about it. Mine wipes me right out!! I am exhausted for a good day or two or three sometimes and I have severe back problems that are always at their worst during this week so I just trudge through!!!

I agree that everyone has their own opinion and as long as it is delivered with respect I have no issue. I had someone on my friends list who always delivered it with a "better then you" tone so I got rid of her!! Life is too short for that!

If the cramps are in your ribs it means you arent breathing properly. If they are in your legs or anything it means you ar enot warmin gup and stretching enough.

Every morning I take Vitamin D, C and B12. I am also on Metformin for insulin resistence. I notice no change or difference.

I agree 100% I removed some friends who were always telling me what was bad about my eating. I have two jobs and two kids and dont have time to make every single thing fresh and I got tired of hearing it so I got rid of them because this is suppose to be a positive and motivating place!! been flipping between 233lbs and 235lbs for four weeks now.....getting fed up!! I have 45 more pounds to lose and dont have time for this nonsense LOL Changed up my work out this week and having a cheat night tonight at dinner to stir things up a bit. We shall see, good luck ladies!!!

Good for you!! Its a nice feeling eh? I bought a pair of skinny jeans in a size 14, I started at a size 22. I can now get them on and do them up but not comfortably so still a little more to go but everytime I put them on I feel so proud!!

I have much more weight to lose then you gals but Im in, I can always use some motivation and some support. I have 44lbs to lose (to start) lol I have been doing well tracking but not losing weight. I work out and eat fairly good (much better in relation to where I started) but could always improve.
