  • Maybe try giving your met a boost, try having an over calorie day...just one and not necessarliy bad food just alot of food just for one day. I have heard shaking it up like that sometimes works well. I am no expert just my two cents.

I went from eating AWFUL and probably 2500 calories a day and no real exercise to NOW eating under 1600 calories a day, all....ok mostly healthy food LOL and running on my eliptical trainer every morning (5kms in 20 mins) and lifting weights every night.…
