  • I originally thought Plyo was my least favorite but when we did it last week I actually thought this isn't bad and I rocked it. But not this time. My body felt stiff, sore and lazy throughout the whole workout. So now it's gone back to my least favorite, lol. Oh well only two of these left!! When we all get our free shirts…

  • I'm excited to be done soon! And I agree we all really have accomplished something. Next I think I'm going to focus on running (for a half marathon in August) and some weights. Might even try out T25, I'm looking forward to something that is a bit shorter in length.
  • Perfect, thanks!
  • Sounds interesting. I'm starting now. How long do you need for a run?
  • That's awesome! We've all done so well. Everyone should give themselves a pat on the back because we did it, or I guess I should say we are going to do it. And thank you :flowerforyou: everyone! I couldn't have done it without you. Many days I kept telling myself if I quit I will regret it because the people in my…
  • Yay! Good job, I can't wait until I'm where you are at. Not only have you lost the weight you now have a healthy lifestyle! Congratulations.
  • Congrats! you look great.
  • I'm no longer afraid of month 2. I've proven that I can do the videos, well sort of but the good thing is that I know I will only improve from here. Cardio is my favorite so I had a really good workout. We're almost done, go us!!!

  • I agree with the other posts. My son is now 9 months old and I have 13.5 pounds to lose. I gained 55 pounds!! So my plan for my next pregnancy, so as to not let this happen again is, track what I eat, my calorie goal will be maintenance plus 300 calories. I would also find an exercise program to do. I haven't decided what…
  • My son is 9 months old and I gained 55 pounds. I've lost 25 and he was 9 lbs 2 oz. I have 14.5 pounds to go till pre-pregnancy weight. I'm currently doing Insanity. I think T25 would be a better work out though because it is shorter. Month 2 of Insanity takes an hour and that's a lot of time away from my baby. Usually he…
  • Hi, I'm currently doing Insanity. I'm on day 2 of month 2. I would suggest starting a group for Insanity. Post it ahead of time and let everyone know your starting date. My Insanity group on here has kept me motivated, which is needed for Insanity. If you like you can check out our group and see what I mean. Just use…
  • I'm less of a fan of the plyo as well. But I'm guessing I have no where to go but up. Still not a fan of the longer workouts, but I am enjoying the workouts, sort of. I couldn't do a few of the moves but know I will improve, just like in month one.
  • Lo, yea I saw that, Ariel didn't look happy. I also found it not that bad. I'm not a fan of it being an hour though. I contemplating doing a half hour in the morning and the other half in the evening. Not sure how bad that would be seeing as I wouldn't do the warm up the second time. Although I could do a few minutes of my…
  • Two done, four more to go!
  • Lol looming is a very good word. I'm excited to be done this far, and less excited to be starting month 2 in a week. But I guess we just need to remember to keep pressing play.
  • No problem. I think it can be done. I've been really healthy, healthier than I have been in a long time. Just focus on the proper foods to fuel your body and you'll be good to go!
  • Hi, I started on MFP 40 days ago today and I started at 160, I'm now 150 and plan on being 137-130 by June. To lose the weight I have stayed just under my calorie goal (1200) when not exercising, otherwise I eat back my exercise calories, so usually about 1500 a day. For exercise I'm doing the Insanity program, it's tough…
  • I have one too and you can use it for sparkling water or add anything you want. You can add fruit for flavour, or by Crystal Lights and add it. You can even add a bit of juice. They're really good if you loved pop (which I did) and stopped drinking it because of all of the sugar. If I feel a pop craving coming on I just…
  • I ended up doing recovery last night (had to drive my brother in to work and didn't want to get up before 5). I actually really enjoyed doing it in the evening, I was more focused and surprisingly had the energy to do it. I think I'm going to try and stay a day ahead, that way if I'm way to tired to do it in the evening I…
  • I was the same way this morning, actually all week I've been like that. Struggling to get up in the morning, telling myself I only have to do half now and can do the other half after work. Today I slept in about 15 minutes, but I finished the whole workout this morning. I'm also grateful for this group because I'm pretty…
  • Hi, I was vegetarian for 15 years and did a year and a half as a vegan. I actually tried twice to become vegan, I failed miserably the first time because I didn't do much research. The second time I prepared. Take a few months to learn about becoming vegan and also to start switching out your groceries. I bought the…

  • Pushed harder today but still not quite there. I'm getting a cold so that might be slowing me down. I'm getting worried about month 2 as well, mostly because I think the videos are longer and I don't want to wake up earlier. Even if month 2 is harder we have all done so well and kept pushing play and we endured and pushed…
  • That is exactly how the workout went for me. I barely pushed through it, my last two work out we're amazing and this one was just nothing. But you're right, there's always tomorrow!
  • I don't like this one as much either. However, I'm improving at holding the positions for so long so I guess there's that, and improvement always feels good. Sort of looking forward to being done month 1, although I'm still worried about what month 2 has to bring. I have contemplated taking a look at the videos ahead of…
  • I agree the feeling after is the best. I find that how I feel about it improves as I get further into the video. I start off thinking I really don't want to do this, and I feel really slugish but then I start pushing a little harder, moving a little faster, and I start feeling better and better. I'm very excited to say…
  • There's also an Insanity group who is on day 16, I think. You can always go and post there, I'm sure the group won't mind. I think it's just called Insanity Challenge.
  • Finished day 16, felt like it was getting better, have much better endurance and was able to push harder today, so overall I'm happy with today.
  • Did much better today on this one. For the most part I pushed pretty good. At home I have laminate wood flooring and my shoes slip on it when I'm doing the "planks" and running (which really means I can't do these because I have no grip), does anyone happen to have any suggestions for this? I'm thinking I might need to…
  • I would eat at 1300 calories. I log recovery too and it's about that. I also walk or run on recovery day and eat back those calories as well, and I have been losing weight, so I think that seems to work. On rest day I just eat the 1200 (except last rest day, I went to a movie and had some snacks so I jumped on the…
