  • I'm in. Especially as I'm taking a break from the shred to allow my legs to heal as they just aren't getting better and I'm worried about putting myself out long term if I don't rest them and do some serious damage. I have tried the week one of ripped, I found it went quickly, I was all ready for the 3rd round of exercises…
  • Im up for doing the ripped in 30 too. I'm taking a break from the shred to let my legs recover as I've pulled a muscle and I can feel my knee giving out but I really want to continue. I believe all 4 weeks of the ripped in 30 are on YouTube.
  • I'm just about still here. I took day 12 & 13 off due to pain in my knee and calf and have also taken days 17 & 18 off due to feeling like crap. I have just done today though so I hope I can get back on track as my motivation is gone.
  • There's no pain, it just sounds bad. I'll look into supplements.
  • Completed today but I'm 2 days behind from taking the weekend off. I'm loving the fact I can get into the plank position, before I started there was no way I could hold a plank let alone moving my legs while holding a plank!
  • I had 2 days off due to hurting my knee on one leg and my calf on the other. I completed the work out yesterday and nearly passed out, I had to lay down outside after!
  • Thank you.
  • Thank you, I've not heard of that but I'll have a look for it. Is it an app? Will I need an amazon account?
  • Feeling low. My weight has gone up 1lb and all my measurements have stayed the same ???? There's my motivation gone out the window! I'm hoping its purely down to being the time of the month and nothing to do with the take out last night ???? Note to self: stop eating crap!
  • I imagine it would be if you didn't have lots of fat on your arms as with all the strength exercises you will be building up your muscles. I didn't measure my arms, I done my thighs instead.
  • So a massive WELL DONE to everyone that's completed 10 days and level one. I can't believe I've kept it up this long and I'm excited to take my measurements not that I feel any different in clothes size but the sense of achievement is great motivation and it went so quick. Looking forward to seeing what level 2 has in…
  • Completed my second go today to make up for missing yesterday and to keep up with the days. Excited for the end of level 1 tomorrow.
  • I done it. Day 8 completed a day late but I'm going to do another session later to catch up. Only trouble is I've hurt my leg ????
  • I'm feeling really disappointed with myself as I haven't managed to do it today. I've been so busy and did start, I got as far as the warm up and push ups before I had to stop due to a grizzly toddler. I've only just finished my work and so I'm skipping today. I'm determined to make up for it so I'm going to attempt twice…
  • Done ???? Feeling happy that I made it to one week. My problem at the moment is what I'm eating, I've been getting so much more hungry since doing this but have no motivation to eat well. Need to find the strength to stop eating sweets and chocolate!
  • I found that for the first couple of days I could go straight through without stopping but yesterday I had to take a couple of rests! Maybe because my body is already worn out? I'm hoping its because I'm actually working harder, it sure does feel like it, I'm trying to follow the more advanced lady as much as I can but I…
  • Just done day 6. Feeling tired and not very motivated to be honest. I'm going to try and do it earlier tomorrow and hope I feel better for it.
  • I found today a struggle and had to take a couple of rests. Tiredness was probably a factor along with all the sweets beforehand! I don't have proper weights and have been using tins of beans but today I decided to double the weights and use a couple bottles of wine instead and boy could I feel it! Well done to everyone…
  • I finally got my shred on quite late tonight, it was the first opportunity I had. I also went swimming earlier and am feeling good. Halfway through level one tomorrow, bring it on!
  • I'm the same, its such a struggle to even get through the modified ones!
  • Just done day 3 and now relaxing my aching muscles in a hot bath ready for tomorrow. It went by so quickly despite the burn in my legs and abs and the fact my husband was watching!
  • Same here, although so far I've managed to do it while he's been napping on the sofa. Might have to wait til he's in bed to do today's though.
  • Haven't managed it yet, glad I'm not the only one who's thighs are on fire. Its times like this I wish I didn't have stairs in the house!
  • I have just completed day 2. I don't know if its because I was still aching from yesterday or I worked hard but that made me sweat and was tough. I love it though, it really feels like I've worked out.
  • Hi everyone, My name is Michelle, from Essex in UK. I'm turning 30 this year and would like to look fabulous when I do! Also I have a wedding to go to in August which my husbands first love will be at so i want to make sure I feel confident! I've been married 3 years and have a son who is 14 months. When I was pregnant my…
  • I'm happy to give you the details you need. Just let me know
  • Day 1 done ???? It wasn't as bad as I was expecting although I do ache all over now. I really hope with the motivation this group supplies that I can get to day 30 (I tend to start things and not complete them)
  • Thank you, I have just completed the first workout and will be printing this out later
  • I'm 29 and new on here. Need motivation to lose the baby weight I've been carrying for over a year!
