I click! I mean everything clicks when I'm working out - ankles, knees, hips/pelvis, shoulders, arms, wrists. I'm worried I'm actually causing my body harm by keep working out being so clicky. Does anyone have any knowledge/advice on why and what I can do.
I don't have the DVD and so I've been using YouTube instead for the workout. I could not find level 2 to watch anywhere so instead I used level 1 of ripped in 30. Has anyone got a link to the 30 day shred level 2 video online as I'd really like to stick to it but no links that I've found so far are working ????
